When Justice approached me to make an engagement ring for Erin, he shared her ring "inspo" Pinterest board with me. There were equal amounts of oval solitaires and oval diamonds with halos and we were hesitant to commit to something without input from her, lol. He was planning to pop the question while on a trip to Mexico in the near future and coincidentally, I happened to have a yellow gold oval solitaire ring sample on hand. I loaned it to him to use on the proposal. She said "Yes!" and promptly fell in love with the loaner ring. Once she was back from the trip, we worked together with my gemologist team and jewelers in NYC to create a lovely ring of her own.
