We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks and money orders are not accepted. For security purposes, please do not send cash or include your credit card number in any email communication.


Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: CA, CT, IL, MA, NY, and TX.


We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.


If your order is sent in multiple shipments, whether to the same or to different addresses, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.


We offer free ground FedEx shipping across the continental US.

We ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States. Actuals costs for international shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.

* Please note that 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While many orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Fine jewelry and the bridal collection may require up to an additional 6-8 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation with estimated time of delivery, or you can contact us for lead times.

*FedEx Ground only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.


All custom fees, taxes, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Per customs authorities, the value of your order will be stated directly on your package. Orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid, and additional charges may be required for your package to clear customs.


Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. While most orders are ready for shipping within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing. All orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.


Because of their nature, antique and vintage are always sold as is. We cannot make alterations or repair the natural flaws that may exist. The condition of an antique is considered in the pricing. We are happy to refer them to a local jeweler or send the piece to Industry City for a quote. Any fees associated with an antique repair will be paid by the client.


We gladly honor one-time price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
